1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AI Caricature mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AI Caricature is an iOS application that provides AI-powered caricature generation services. Our service works as follows:

• You upload a photo of yourself to the App
• Our artificial intelligence technology processes your photo and generates a unique caricature
• You can download the generated caricature to your device

3. User Requirements

To use AI Caricature, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Have a compatible iOS device
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

4. User Content and Photo Uploads

When you upload photos to AI Caricature:

• You represent that you have the right to upload and use the photo
• You must only upload photos of yourself or photos for which you have obtained proper consent
• You grant us a limited license to process your photo solely for the purpose of generating your caricature
• We do not claim ownership of your original photos or the generated caricatures

5. Intellectual Property

The generated caricatures are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You own the caricature images you create and download. However, the underlying AI technology, App design, and all other aspects of the AI Caricature service remain our intellectual property.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of others without their consent
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
• Use generated content for harassment, defamation, or harmful purposes
• Resell or commercially distribute the service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The caricatures will meet your expectations
• The AI results will be accurate representations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by other means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
